Montreal Quebec is tops for free Wi-Fi

When you travel, do you feel lost when not connected?

If so, then like some of us other net addicts, you REALLY want to know where all the best free wireless networks are so you'll be able to get your net fix. If you're traveling in North America, one of the hottest spots for free Wi-Fi is in Canada, in Montreal, Quebec.

Montreal now has about 155 free wifi internet hotspots with more than 60,000 users. Toronto is next with 38 free wifi hotspots, and also a Wi-Fi "One Zone" pay to use zone, "One Zone", run by Toronto Hydro Telecom in downtown Toronto. Ottawa has seven free Wi-Fi hotspots.

A helpful site for wireless internet travel planning is www.hotspot-locations.com which has a searchable database of international Wi-Fi locations.
