Elemental Embrace in Brighton, Ontario Canada offers a free Ayurvedic Consultation and Constitutional Analysis with resident Ayurvedic doctor, Vd. Sudeep Chitnis, for guests that are new to their wellness programs, and are interested in the oldest surviving medical science.

You can create a custom spa package choosing from a list of traditional ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation treatments including Abhyanga Mardana, Shirodhara, Pinda Sweda, Pizhichil and Swedana. Many of the treatments are performed by two therapists. Depending on the number of nights from 2 to 6, there is one daily essential treatment, followed by a choice of condition specific treatments, which are recommended to be taken in series. The bulk of these treatments are Ayurvedic treatments performed by, or under the supervision of, resident ayurvedic doctors.

The rural Ontario wooded setting, about 2 hours east of Toronto, is serene while the buildings and guest facilities are very comfortable. Guest rooms have special custom mattresses imported from India that are assure restful sleep.
