Everybody who loves good food dreams of going to Italy and taking a week-long gourmet cooking course. The ultimate dream would be to spend that week staying at a luxurious Tuscany coastal resort while learning to cook from the hotel's renowned chef.

One of Italy's most glamorous resorts, Relais & Chateaux Hotel Il Pellicano, is now offering week-long gourmet cooking courses. The courses are taught by Antonio Guida, Chef of Relais & Chateaux Il Pellicano. He teaches traditional dishes that use local products. Regular classes are conducted in English and limited to 10 people.

Cookery class "Mediterranean herbs and spices", an introduction to the ingredients that will be used during the course

Aperitif and dinner in the hotel for all those taking the course accompanied by Giulia Cavalleri wine producer in Erbusco (Franciacorta - Lombardy) "Metodo Classico" sparkling wines
